I’M BEN MESCAM
I’m a husband to my amazing wife Fay who makes me the man that I am today. Without her continuous love, support, patience, and guidance I would not have been able to set up and continue growing Ben Mescam Fitness.
I’m a dad to my two awesome children Jacob (an aspiring close-up card magician) and Amélie (an artist and musician) who both make me smile every day and remind me how lucky and privileged I am to be a dad.
I am a son to my mum, Kate who has instilled the core values of honesty, integrity, humour, and hard work that push me ever closer to my goals and dreams. My absent father Jean-Luc left us both when I was a baby which taught me that family always comes first and that the past does not have to define our future.
I am a brother to Jack, and sisters Cara and Hannah who always remind me of the true meaning of family and I’m an uncle to my beautiful niece Ayisha who is truly wonderful.
Finally, I am the owner and founder of Ben Mescam Fitness and a Health & Fitness Coach with a unique approach to supporting my clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy , walking with my dogs, Tigsey (Cockapoo) and Pip who is a little (Shih Tzu), running, going to the gym, good food, reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
As a Coach, I’m passionate about helping others improve their health, fitness, well-being, and happiness by sharing the exact self-development practices and techniques that I’ve used to improve my own fitness, health and performance.
HOW DO I HELP PEOPLE?
I HELP NUSY PEOPLE TO AVOID POOR HEALTH, LOW ENERGY, LOW MOOD, AND BURNOUT BY IMPROVING THEIR DAILY MINDSET, NUTRITION, AND MOVEMENT HABITS.
All it takes is to review and tweak their daily habits, routines, and rituals and create a plan.
THE HUMAN METHOD
I BELIEVE THAT EVERY ONE OF US IS UNIQUE WHICH IS WHY MOST “OFF THE SHELF” FITNESS AND “DIET” PROGRAMMES DON’T DELIVER LONG-TERM, SUSTAINABLE RESULTS FOR MOST NORMAL PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME.
The problem is that whilst some diets and fitness crazes might work for a few people, they simply don’t deliver long-term, sustainable results for most normal people like me and you.
I developed the Human Method which focuses on the fact that we are unique which is why these generic “one size fits all” programs haven’t worked for you.
The Human Method focuses upon the key areas that I work on with my clients which are:
Habits, Uniqueness, Mindset & Movement, Action, and Nutrition.
